From February 2012 Supply2Health will be upgraded with new features designed to support the AQP Qualification Process.

 

These include:

  • An amended AQP Offer Form.
  • The ability for providers to click on an "Apply" button from the offer form which loads an electronic questionnaire for qualification. Click on a number to preview the relevant section of the questionnaire: 1 ; 2 ; 3 ; 4 ; 5 ; 6 ; 7 ; 8.
  • A Notice Board for providers to post questions.
  • An Assessment Form supporting the three stage assessment process for qualification.
  • The National AQP Directory for those applicants that are qualified.
  • Further information regarding the roll-out plan, tools, process and procedures and user guides will be available from the Supply2Health Resource Centre will be made available over the next few weeks.
